Resolve Dongles Issues

Possible issues with dongle

  • the dongle is not recognized

  • the dongle is broken

  • the usb port has a trouble

In all thoses cases, the software will not be able to run and you will get an error message while starting.

Resolution

Here are the first actions to do and check before calling your vendor’s hotline:

  • check that the usb dongle is correctly plugged in the computer.

  • you can plug the dongle on another usb port of the computer and run again the software.

  • if you still have the issue, open the directory GO2cam_Intl\GO2camV611\System\LIC, run the application called GO2lic.exe. It will open a dialogue where you should see the dongle number. If it is not displayed here, it means there is a a problem on the dongle or it is not recognized. In this case:

    • still in the same directory, double-click the application FLEXidCleanUtility.exe that will remove existing drivers from the computer. Follow the steps until the end.

    • once done, you should install again the driver FLEXID10_Windows_v6_60_x64.

  • Finally, if this is still not working properly, you should call the hotline.
