Customize Menus

Ability to create your own menus, by choosing commands and applications.

The menus will be displayed on top banner, you can organize them into menus and submenus.

The Customize Menus file is located in the ini directory under the name of “MNU_PROC.USR”.

Creation of Customized Menus

The dialog is presented as follows:

  • on the left, you can see the menu being built,

  • the middle column is dedicated to shortcuts, please read below,

  • the last column enables to build the tree of customized menus

    • click adding submenus creates the submenu on the left and opens a new field ‘Add’

    • There you can choose among a list of commands, either you choose macros, functions, *.exe files or document (pdf, html, doc, docx, xls and xlsx formats files). Build the menu by adding several entries.

    • You can also add submenus, text and separators.

  • Once the menus and submenus are built, a right-click on each line enable to rename and delete it.

Shortcuts

For each entry, you can define your favorite shortcut.

  • Double-click in the column ‘Keyboard shortcut’ or do a right -click to open a special dialog.

  • Here you can define the shortcut you want; do not type strings one after the other, define the shortcut exactly as it will be, by pressing keys together, for instance Ctrl and L keys!

  • if the shortcut is already used, you are being told in the dialog and you cannot confirm.

  • Finally Validate.
