Curve
Design a Curve
![]() | Open the wireframe menu and select the curve icon. Click on a minimum of two positions on the plane to define the path of the curve. |
![]() | Closed Curve | After creating an open curve, click the "Close Curve" function in the curve menu to connect the end point to the starting point, forming a closed loop. |
![]() | Start in tangency | This function allows you to define a smooth, continuous connection at the starting point of the curve. You can specify the tangent direction for a seamless transition from another curve or line segment. |
![]() | End in tangency | Similar to "Start in Tangency," but applied to the ending point of the curve. This ensures a smooth flow when connecting to other elements. |
Edit a Curve
These functions are accessible through the "Drawing Finishes" section of the wireframe menu and allow for further manipulation of your curves:
![]() | Trim/Extend | Cut or lengthen the curve by specifying new end points. |
![]() | Divide | Split the curve into multiple segments at specific points. |
![]() | Merge | Combine two or more selected curve segments into a single curve. |
![]() | Convert to Arc/Segment | Change the type of curve segment between a smooth arc and a straight line segment. |
