Machining Process in 3 Stages

After drawing or importing the part, you are ready to program the machining operations.

The stages you must go through to machine a part are the same whatever the technology is.

We divided the process into 3 main stages:

  1. Preparation for machining: definition of stock, choice of machine and material, definjition of origins, etc.

  2. Toolpaths: program and edit machining cycles,

  3. NC File Menu: optimize and simulate the toolpaths, output NC-codes, generate Workshop Documents, etc.
