Nesting Commands
Definition
These commands are available when launching the function, with some applicable to both Nesting for Milling and Nesting for Wire EDM.
 | Nesting | Launches the nesting dialog box to generate the automatic positioning of the parts. |
 | Set connectors | Milling Only! Choice of the type of connectors and set on the elements. It is possible to position a connector on a solid and to duplicate automatically this connector on all the identical solids! |
 | Save a machined stock | This command enables to save a stock already machined, so that it can be used again to nest and machine other parts. |
 | Management of stocks | Creation of new material blocks, useful later for the nesting. |
 | Management of machined stocks | List of the stock partially machined and available for the nesting. |
 | Management of connectors | Milling Only! Creation of new connectors, with rectangular or trapezoidal shape. After their creation, those connectors are available in the command ‘Set connectors’. |
