Edges Path

Introduction

This method is applicable for Standard cycles.

Edges path mode of selection added for Standard cycle. This allows the selection of edges especially for non-linear and complex curved surfaces.

This method is applicable for Standard cycles in GO2cam. The Edges Path selection mode is available for Standard cycles to simplify the definition of toolpaths on non-linear and complex curved surfaces where the other modes of selection do not work.

This is particularly useful when:

• The part has complex 3D shapes where surfaces are difficult to select cleanly

• You want to follow sharp or blended edges (fillets, chamfers, transitions)

• You need precise control along specific border lines of a surface
