Bar Puller

What it Does?

• The bar puller in GO2cam is used to manage long bar stock during machining.

How it Works:

1. Calling the Subspindle:

   • You first call the subspindle, a secondary spindle that positions and holds the bar.

   • You specify the desired position for the subspindle (Approach or Retract).

2. Setting the Bar Puller:

   • Once positioned, defining the bar puller is simple.

   • You just set a specific time value for calculations for the operations.

Two Common Situations:

1. Retract After Pull:

   • Subspindle moves to its designated position.

   • Bar puller performs its action.

   • Subspindle retracts from its position.

2. Hold Position:

   • Subspindle moves to its designated position.

   • Bar puller performs its action.

   • Crucially, the subspindle stays in this position, firmly holding the bar for further machining.
