Call of tailstock center

The tailstock is used to support and center the rotating workpiece during turning.

The movements of the tailstock center are managed automatically according to the defined stock, wherever is mounted the tailstock (fixed on turret or subspindle, or sliding in a sheath).

• Quickly define the tailstock center motion in the MTE.

• Prerequisite: the tailstock center is an accessory support with only the axis orientation defined in the machine.

• Select the tailstock center as a tool when launching the command.

• The motions of the tailstock center are viewed on the control simulation of MTE.
