Parting

Operation to separate the part from the stock before a transfer in the subspindle for reworking.

Definition

GO2cam offers several types of parting toolpath:

Simple: the parting is done in one pass.
Deburring: several pass part off cycle with tool retraction between each pass up to the security distance.
Chip breaking: parting with several passes with tool delay at the end of the cycle and a retraction distance between each pass.
