These options enable to add safety motions at the beginning and at the end of each toolpath.

This distance is the moment when the compensation is taken, if it is defined in strategy (Offset).

This motion is programmed in working feedrate, defined in the page technology.

The approach distance is always defined at 90° according to the geometry. The retract distance is automatical.

These options can be combined with a leadin radius. Here, the radius is partial, with a 45° angle. |
