The retract distance (A) enables to retract laterally the tool before its rapid return (at each plunge).

Definition for Zig Zag Grooving
Ability to define a retract distance between 2 passes in the Zig Zag grooving.
The retract distance is done before the vertical plunge. The value must be small (around 0.1)
This option enables to recover the tool flexion after an horizontal pass and consequently avoid breaking the insert in hard materials. This is especially dedicated to ISCAR tools.
