Upwards Machining

Definition

The user is able to force the tool to use only uphill machining for along surface roughing only.

No: the operation is programmed from top to bottom. This is the most used and default mode.

Yes: the tool realizes the machining by going up, from bottom altitude to top altitude.

You can program this option only for outside flanks of part or in through pocket.

The first plunge is lower than the geometry: if there is a bottom face, we will collide with it!
