Toolpath Strategy

Introduction

millyuGo includes a new strategy to avoid the ‘thin sheets’ and preserve tool and material.

• To avoid thin walls appearance while joining different areas in the cycle, millyuGO^® “digs a trench” which is narrow enough to preserve material rigidity.

• This trench enables to reduce thin walls to an only remaining one, measuring approximately 2 x tool diameter in its length.

• The safety and quality surface are improved while the rest of the High Efficiency Roughing keeps working to reach a high level of productivity.

Clearing Area

This option enables to create 2 areas in the shape to machine. In some cases, it limitates the rapid toolpaths.
